Park Outdoor offers Outdoor Billiboards and has four offices (Syracuse, Utica, Binghamton and Elmira), locally in Utica at the northwest edge of CoLa. Their website report, "...an advertising media company operating over 1,500 billboards in upstate New York and northern Pennsylvania"

Hospital not yet a "done deal"! However, should Park Outdoor move, Better Utica Downtown continues to see a future of no hospital and a CoLa Neighborhood of small scale developments and Historic Preservation.
