Per another source (and by the way of a long time Urbanik's employee), "Owner's taking money and retiring." Urbanik's is located on both sides of State Street, retail Store and their Warehouse.

It’s located in the former Spectrum Paints building." and "Besides the Rome and Utica locations, there is a third store, Meldrim’s Paint Center in Cortland.
